Kate Spade New York is hiring a Seasonal Stock Associate in Orlando, Florida. Part-time position with flexible scheduling and competitive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to and engage customers with insightful follow-up questions to understand their styling needs and aesthetic
- Provide styling advice, suggest coordinating add-ons, and create complete looks tailored to customer preferences
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles through creative presentation
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, positive checkout experience
- Maintain deep product knowledge and reinforce brand storytelling to drive customer connection
- Perform stockroom organization and manage POS transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Multitask effectively by balancing customer engagement with operational duties during peak retail periods
Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and public holidays
- Capacity to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and navigate sales floor and stockroom with comfort
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- English language proficiency

Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Candidates should demonstrate professional selling skills and the ability to connect authentically with customers across diverse demographics.
