Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the retail sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Experience
A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory position within a retail environment, preferably in luxury fashion.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
