Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service and drive sales through proactive client engagement and product knowledge.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, process transactions, returns, and gift receipts, and handle cash responsibly.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards: ensure merchandise is presented according to brand guidelines, execute floor moves, and support windows and displays.
  • Replenish stock, conduct inventory counts, receive deliveries, and ensure stockroom organisation and replenishment flows.
  • Support loss-prevention procedures and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment.
  • Collaborate with store leadership on daily priorities, including opening/closing tasks, clienteling follow-ups, and promotional events.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Professional demeanour with polished presentation appropriate for a luxury retail environment.
  • Availability to work flexible retail hours including weekends, evenings, and holiday periods.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods, perform light lifting, and work on the shop floor for full shifts.

Experience
