Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to cultivate long-term client relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, effective upselling and cross-selling.
  • Manage clienteling activities and maintain accurate customer records in the store CRM to support follow-up and post-sale service.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and ensure window and floor displays reflect brand guidelines and seasonal directives.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, handle cash and card transactions accurately, and follow opening/closing procedures.
  • Receive, unpack and replenish stock; conduct regular inventory counts and assist with loss-prevention protocols.
  • Collaborate with the store team on promotions, events and brand initiatives to maximize footfall and conversion.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, retail or hospitality is advantageous.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Professional grooming and a polished, brand-appropriate presentation.
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and holiday periods.

Experience

Typically 1+ year of retail sales experience; prior experience with a premium or luxury fashion brand and demonstrated sales performance is preferred.
