Kate Spade at Tanger Outlets Pittsburgh (Washington, PA) seeks a Temporary Retail Sales Associate — part-time.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage guests warmly, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across categories.
  • Deliver personalised styling advice, create complete looks and suggest add-ons to expand purchases.
  • Actively listen and ask insightful questions to understand customer needs and drive conversions.
  • Demonstrate multiple ways to wear and combine products to encourage exploration and repeat visits.
  • Execute transactions accurately at the Point of Sale and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
  • Maintain operational excellence: organise the stockroom, replenish merchandise and manage inventory.
  • Provide and receive constructive feedback; collaborate with team members to meet store goals.
  • Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.

Qualifications

  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Prior experience in a retail environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel / virtual selling techniques.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; able to climb, bend and kneel as required.
