Kate Spade New York — Temporary part-time Retail Sales Associate in Tsawwassen, BC. Client-focused stylist role delivering personalised styling, sales and omnichannel service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and build rapport with guests; deliver personalised styling advice to help customers discover and express their personal aesthetic.
  • Drive sales through consultative selling, story-telling and recommended add-ons to create complete looks.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge across categories and showcase multiple ways to wear and integrate Kate Spade merchandise.
  • Execute smooth point-of-sale transactions and maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organisation and visual standards.
  • Adopt omni-channel selling practices and support virtual selling or social media-driven customer engagement when required.
  • Reinforce positive customer experiences to encourage retention and repeat visits.

Qualifications

  • Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
  • Prior retail experience demonstrating customer-facing sales and styling competency.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
