Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests warmly, demonstrating confident product knowledge across categories.
- Act as a trusted stylist and advisor; listen to customer needs and create complete looks that integrate Kate Spade product.
- Drive sales through storytelling, suggest add-ons and upsell to build full outfits and increase average transaction value.
- Deliver a seamless checkout experience and accurately execute POS transactions.
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, merchandising and inventory replenishment.
- Employ omni-channel and virtual selling techniques when appropriate and reinforce customer loyalty to encourage return visits.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; luxury or styling experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; capable of climbing, bending and kneeling.

Prior experience in a retail environment is required; experience in luxury retail, styling, or boutique sales is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
