Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver elevated, personalised client service to drive conversion and achieve daily sales objectives.
  • Engage in active clienteling: identify client needs, suggest product pairings and follow up on opportunities to build repeat business.
  • Operate the point-of-sale terminal accurately, process transactions and manage cash-handling responsibilities.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards: execute floor moves, merchandise resets and window styling according to brand directives.
  • Receive, unpack and replenish merchandise; conduct inventory counts and assist with stockroom organisation.
  • Support loss-prevention procedures and ensure adherence to store security protocols.
  • Contribute to efficient opening and closing procedures and perform additional store tasks as required by management.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to sustain a polished, boutique environment and exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Legally authorised to work in the United States and available for the full temporary assignment.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
  • Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills suitable for a luxury retail environment.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work on one’s feet for extended periods; ability to lift up to typical retail weights.
  • Willingness to undergo background screening if requested.

Experience
