Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service on the sales floor to build relationships and drive transactions.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process payments, returns and refunds, and maintain cash-handling integrity.
- Support merchandising standards: maintain visual displays, ensure product presentation adheres to brand guidelines, and perform regular floor resets.
