Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service on the sales floor to build relationships and drive transactions.

  • Assist with inventory tasks including receiving, tagging, restocking and cycle counts to preserve stock accuracy.
  • Support store opening/closing procedures, daily administrative tasks and accurate completion of sales paperwork.
  • Actively participate in promotional events, product launches and clienteling activities to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention procedures, health and safety policies, and brand appearance standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred, with demonstrable sales aptitude.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet store scheduling needs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-focused manner.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work on a temporary/short-term schedule as assigned.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, handle light lifting (store stock), and perform repetitive tasks accurately.
  • Legal authorization to work in the hiring country and compliance with company onboarding requirements.

Experience
