Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge and brand storytelling
  • Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks
  • Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear Kate Spade products and encourage customers to explore new styles
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, memorable checkout experience
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting them to return and building lasting relationships
  • Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and persuasive product narratives
  • Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, visual merchandising, and accurate point-of-sale transactions

Qualifications

  • Flexible schedule availability to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic retail days
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
  • English proficiency or local language fluency as required per market
