Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated, personalised client service to cultivate long-term relationships and maximise lifetime value.
- Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets through active selling, upselling, and clienteling.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards, including window displays and product placement.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and manage returns, exchanges and gift services.
- Support inventory management: receive stock, perform cycle counts, replenish floor merchandise and assist with loss-prevention procedures.
- Participate in store events, trunk shows and product launches to drive footfall and client engagement.
- Capture client data, follow up on leads and contribute to CRM/clienteling initiatives.
- Adhere to all store policies, health & safety regulations and cash-handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Demonstrable sales aptitude with a target-driven mindset.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings and holiday periods.
- Legal right to work in the country of employment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle light to moderate lifting as required by store operations.
