Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service and build long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales KPIs through consultative selling, upselling and suggested styling.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, process transactions, manage returns and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain presentation, store windows and product adjacencies to brand guidelines.
- Support inventory control: receive, tag, replenish stock, conduct cycle counts and assist with loss-prevention protocols.
- Contribute to store operations including opening/closing procedures, daily reporting and participation in promotional events.
- Mentor new team members as required and collaborate with the management team to implement local marketing and clienteling initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably within a premium or contemporary fashion brand.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-quality client service.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holiday periods.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years of retail sales experience, with at least one year preferred in a luxury, premium or contemporary fashion environment. Demonstrated performance against sales targets and experience with clienteling tools is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; some college or vocational retail/merchandising education preferred but not required.
