Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service and build long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales KPIs through consultative selling, upselling and suggested styling.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, process transactions, manage returns and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain presentation, store windows and product adjacencies to brand guidelines.
  • Support inventory control: receive, tag, replenish stock, conduct cycle counts and assist with loss-prevention protocols.
  • Contribute to store operations including opening/closing procedures, daily reporting and participation in promotional events.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably within a premium or contemporary fashion brand.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-quality client service.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holiday periods.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
