Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, client-focused service to build long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and clienteling.
- Manage sales transactions accurately using the store POS system and handle cash, credit and returns in accordance with brand procedures.
- Maintain floor standards including visual merchandising, product presentation, and replenishment to ensure brand aesthetic and store readiness.
- Support stockroom operations: receive, unpack and organise inventory; conduct cycle counts and assist with stockroom audits.
- Participate in client events, private appointments and store initiatives to strengthen customer engagement and local market presence.

Qualifications

Experience
Approximately 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury or contemporary fashion brands; proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering personalised client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualifications in retail, fashion or hospitality are advantageous but not required.
