Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to guide styling decisions
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create cohesive outfits that align with customer aesthetic preferences
- Showcase multiple ways to wear and style products to encourage exploration and purchase of new items
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless point-of-sale transaction completion
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while cultivating repeat visits and loyalty
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain deep knowledge of product attributes, seasonal collections, and brand heritage
- Perform stockroom organization and maintain operational excellence throughout shift

Qualifications
