Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests with warmth and confidence, acting as a knowledgeable stylist to discover customer needs and recommend complete looks.
- Deliver personalised styling advice and suggest add‑ons to build outfits that integrate Kate Spade product across categories.
- Drive sales goals through storytelling, active selling and follow-up; convert traffic into transactions and repeat customers.
- Execute POS transactions accurately and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including inventory replenishment, organization and merchandising.
- Adopt omni-channel and virtual selling techniques; leverage social media awareness to support customer engagement.
- Perform regular physical tasks including lifting (regularly up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs), bending, climbing and stockroom manoeuvres.
Qualifications
- Professional interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer service orientation.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; experience in fashion or premium/brand retail preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Comfort with omni-channel selling and willingness to learn virtual selling tools and social selling techniques.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods as business needs require.
Skills
Experience
Prior retail experience is required; demonstrated success in a customer-facing sales or styling role is preferred. Experience with fashion or branded retail environments is an asset.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or vocational training in fashion, retail or customer service is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
