Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clients to maximise conversion and foster repeat business.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions and handle cash/cards in accordance with store procedures.
- Support visual merchandising standards and maintain a polished, on-brand sales floor presentation.
- Assist with inventory activities including receiving, stock replenishment and cycle counts.
- Execute clienteling activities such as following up with customers, managing reservations, and supporting private appointments or events.
- Uphold loss-prevention policies, maintain store security awareness and report discrepancies.
- Support daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset and polished presentation.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
- Ability to operate POS systems and perform basic cash handling accurately.
- Demonstrated reliability and professional discretion when working with client information and high-value merchandise.
- Physical stamina for retail duties, including standing for extended periods and occasional light lifting.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level to mid-level retail experience preferred; prior experience with luxury or lifestyle brands and seasonal assignments is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or certification in retail, fashion, hospitality or related fields is a plus.
