Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through attentive, personalized client engagement and active selling to achieve store targets.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems to process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately while maintaining cash-handling best practices.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, including replenishment, window presentation and floor sets to reflect brand directives.
  • Support inventory activities: receive and unpack deliveries, conduct stock counts, and organize the stockroom for efficient replenishment.
  • Assist with clienteling activities such as follow-up calls, gift wrap services and building customer relationships for repeat business.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including store recovery, cleaning, and security checks.
  • Collaborate with store leadership to meet daily operational needs during peak, seasonal or promotional periods.
  • Adapt quickly to pop-up or offsite selling environments as required by brand activation schedules.

Qualifications

  • Right to work in the country of employment and availability for flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Professional grooming and presentation consistent with a premium fashion brand.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise and stand for extended periods during shifts.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred; luxury fashion experience advantageous.

Experience

Previous retail or customer-facing experience is preferred; 0–2 years acceptable for entry-level temporary roles. Experience in luxury or premium fashion retail is an advantage.
