Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to customers, proactively building long-term client relationships through clienteling and follow-up
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling across categories
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and communicate brand heritage and craftsmanship to customers
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, manage transactions, returns and store payments, and adhere to cash-handling procedures
  • Support merchandising standards and visual directives: replenish stock, execute floor moves, and maintain boutique presentation
  • Assist with inventory control, receiving and stockroom organisation, and participate in stock counts
  • Adhere to loss-prevention, safety and store compliance procedures and contribute to a professional retail environment

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable customer-service orientation with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and work within a KPI-driven retail environment
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods
  • Professional presentation and alignment with the Kate Spade brand aesthetic and customer demographic
  • Right to work in the United States (if hiring in the U.S.)

Experience
