Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to boutique sales teams, including point-of-sale transactions, returns, exchanges and cash handling.
  • Deliver high-quality clienteling and after-sales service to cultivate repeat business and elevate the guest experience.
  • Manage inventory processes: receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and discrepancy resolution in liaison with store management.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with in-store product presentation, engaging displays and seasonal resets.
  • Prepare and reconcile daily sales reports, assist with basic sales analytics and communicate insights to store leadership.
  • Support loss-prevention procedures and ensure compliance with operational policies and brand standards.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff on operational systems and client service protocols as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years' experience in retail operations or sales support, preferably within premium or luxury fashion.
  • Proven aptitude for client service and clienteling in a boutique or high-touch retail environment.
  • Demonstrable accuracy in cash handling, transaction reconciliation and basic reporting.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Professional demeanour with strong visual merchandising sense and attention to detail.

Experience

At least two years of hands-on retail experience supporting sales teams within a premium or luxury environment. Experience working with POS and inventory systems and participating in merchandising resets; supervisory or training experience is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework in retail, fashion, merchandising or business is preferred.
