Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised service to a discerning clientele, cultivating long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and product knowledge.
  • Operate point-of-sale transactions accurately, manage cash handling procedures and maintain sales records.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring floor sets, displays and inventory presentation reflect brand guidelines.
  • Support inventory management tasks including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Represent the brand at store events and trunk shows, contributing to local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members and store leadership to optimise the customer journey and store performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably within premium or fashion brands.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and perform basic numeric tasks.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holiday periods.
  • High standards of personal presentation consistent with a luxury retail environment.

Experience
