Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, personalized client service to drive sales and foster long-term customer relationships
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions and manage cash handling procedures
- Execute merchandising and visual presentation standards to brand guidelines, including replenishment and window dressing
- Support inventory tasks: receiving, tagging, stockroom organisation and cycle counts
- Actively participate in clienteling activities such as follow-up communications and appointment coordination
- Maintain loss-prevention practices and ensure store cleanliness and safety standards
- Achieve individual and store sales targets during the assignment period and contribute to team performance
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred (seasonal or full-time)
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods
- Reliable, punctual and able to stand for extended periods
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented demeanour
- Ability to follow visual merchandising directives and basic numeric procedures for transactions

Experience
Entry-level to 2 years of retail or customer service experience; prior luxury or premium-brand retail experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
