Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised client service through proactive clienteling and follow-up to build long‑term relationships and repeat business.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and upselling of product assortments.
  • Manage point‑of‑sale transactions, accurate cash handling, and reconciliation while maintaining compliance with company loss‑prevention procedures.
  • Support visual merchandising standards: execute floor moves, window displays and seasonal resets to ensure brand presentation and product availability.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by receiving, replenishing and organising stock; assist with stock counts and cycle inventory processes.
  • Act as a mentor to junior sales staff, providing on‑the‑floor coaching and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Participate in store events, private client appointments and product launches to support local marketing and client engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail experience in premium or fashion brands; progressive sales responsibility preferred.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and strong clienteling skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • High standards of personal presentation and adherence to brand visual guidelines.

Experience

Typically 3+ years of retail sales experience with at least some exposure to premium or fashion brands; experience mentoring colleagues or leading by example is desirable.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary study in fashion, retail, merchandising or business is a plus but not required.
