Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver elevated, personalized client service to maximize sales and cultivate long-term relationships.
  • Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and proactive outreach.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions and accurately handle cash, cards and returns.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring product presentation, window displays and floor sets reflect brand guidelines.
  • Receive, replenish and organize stockroom inventory; participate in inventory counts and basic loss-prevention practices.
  • Support store operations during peak trading periods, including weekends, evenings and promotional events.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean, organized and welcoming boutique environment.

Qualifications

  • Availability for a temporary schedule including weekends, evenings and holiday periods.
  • Professional, polished appearance and strong interpersonal skills appropriate to a premium retail environment.
  • Basic numeracy and proven ability to perform accurate cash handling and POS transactions.
  • Authorization to work in the United States (if applicable) and reliability in attendance.
  • Prior retail or luxury sales experience preferred; seasonal or temporary retail experience advantageous.

Experience
