Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, client-focused service to cultivate relationships and drive sales; proactively engage customers and execute clienteling activities.

- Support visual merchandising standards and maintain on-floor presentation, including replenishment and dressing product to brand guidelines.
- Assist in inventory control tasks such as stock receiving, replenishment, cycle counts and swift resolution of discrepancies.
- Contribute to loss-prevention, store housekeeping and compliance with company policies; support store events, promotions and peak trading activities as required.
Qualifications
- Prior retail or customer service experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail; seasonal/temporary retail experience is an advantage.
- Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills reflecting Kate Spade’s brand ethos.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Previous experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles is preferred; experience within fashion or luxury brands and prior seasonal assignments are advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
