Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete looks tailored to customer aesthetics
- Use creativity to showcase multiple styling options and encourage customers to explore new products and styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting repeat visits
- Drive results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence through stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Give and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner to support continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior retail environment experience
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Fluency in English or local market language
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days
