Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, client‑centred service to achieve individual and store sales targets and cultivate lasting customer relationships.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale system accurately: process sales, returns and exchanges while adhering to cash‑handling procedures and loss‑prevention policies.
- Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation to brand standards, including replenishment, fitting room upkeep and signage.
- Support inventory tasks such as receiving shipments, restocking the sales floor and assisting with stock counts.
- Assist with store events, promotional initiatives and client outreach activities (phone calls, follow‑ups, basic clienteling).
- Adhere to store opening/closing procedures and contribute to a collaborative, service‑driven team environment.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to provide high‑calibre customer service; prior experience in retail or luxury fashion preferred.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods.
- Strong numerical aptitude and experience with cash handling and POS transactions.
- Professional presentation, polished interpersonal skills and a proactive, team‑oriented attitude.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (if applying for the New York role).

Experience
Previous retail or sales experience preferred; demonstration of customer service excellence in a fast‑paced, brand‑led environment is highly desirable. Candidates with seasonal or temporary retail background will be prioritized.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certifications in retail, fashion or customer service is advantageous.
