Kate Spade New York seeks a temporary part-time Stylist at Toronto Premium Outlets. Hourly rate CAD $17.60–$22.00.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary pieces, and create complete looks that encourage exploration of new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections, storytelling, and deep knowledge of brand attributes
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Demonstrate social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- English proficiency
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work a schedule that meets business needs, including nights, weekends, and public holidays

Prior experience in a retail environment is required.

The successful candidate will be located in Halton Hills, Ontario, Canada, with easy access to Toronto.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
