Kate Spade (North Georgia Premium Outlets, Dawsonville, GA) seeks a part-time Retail Associate (Temporary) to deliver styling, sales and customer engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, build rapport and demonstrate strong product and brand knowledge across categories.
- Provide personalised styling advice; create complete looks and suggest add-on items to increase basket value.
- Listen actively to customers, ask insightful follow-up questions and guide purchase decisions toward a seamless checkout.
- Use creative merchandising on the sales floor to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage exploration of new styles.
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organisation, inventory replenishment and accurate POS transactions.
- Support omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives and help execute social-led customer engagement when required.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manoeuvre between sales floor and stockroom.
- Proficiency in English (or local market language) to interact with customers and colleagues.

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Experience with styling or within a luxury/fashion brand is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
