Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver polished, client-focused service that reflects the brand’s tone and drives sales conversion and repeat business.
- Engage proactively with clients on the shop floor, provide product knowledge, and execute clienteling activities including follow-up and appointment support.
- Operate point-of-sale systems to process sales, returns and exchanges, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and transaction reconciliation.
