Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver polished, client-focused service that reflects the brand’s tone and drives sales conversion and repeat business.
- Engage proactively with clients on the shop floor, provide product knowledge, and execute clienteling activities including follow-up and appointment support.
- Operate point-of-sale systems to process sales, returns and exchanges, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and transaction reconciliation.
- Support visual merchandising standards and daily housekeeping to maintain inspirational displays and pristine store presentation.
- Assist with stock receiving, inventory control and back-of-house organisation to support replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
- Contribute to team objectives during peak trading periods, promotions and in-store events; adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Right to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided for temporary roles).
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, customer-centric demeanour.
- Prior retail or luxury customer-facing experience preferred but not required for entry-level temporary positions.

Entry-level to early-career retail experience; prior experience in fashion or luxury retail is advantageous but candidates with general retail or customer-service experience will be considered.
