Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver polished, client-focused service that reflects the brand’s tone and drives sales conversion and repeat business.
  • Engage proactively with clients on the shop floor, provide product knowledge, and execute clienteling activities including follow-up and appointment support.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems to process sales, returns and exchanges, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and transaction reconciliation.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and daily housekeeping to maintain inspirational displays and pristine store presentation.
  • Assist with stock receiving, inventory control and back-of-house organisation to support replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Contribute to team objectives during peak trading periods, promotions and in-store events; adapt to changing priorities and schedules.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Right to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided for temporary roles).
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, customer-centric demeanour.
  • Prior retail or luxury customer-facing experience preferred but not required for entry-level temporary positions.
