Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, client-focused service to achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
  • Welcome and advise clients on product selection, styling and aftercare for handbags, accessories and small leather goods.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, process cash and card transactions, and complete end-of-day reconciliation procedures.
  • Maintain boutique visual merchandising standards, ensuring product presentation aligns with seasonal directives.
  • Support stockroom operations including receiving, restocking, inventory counts and marked-down item procedures.
  • Assist with store events, client appointments and local community activations as required.
  • Follow loss-prevention, safety and brand compliance policies at all times.
  • Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods, to support store coverage.

Qualifications

  • Right to work in the hiring country and availability for a temporary/seasonal schedule.
  • Previous retail or customer-facing experience; luxury or accessories experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and commercial sensibility with a proven ability to convert inquiries into sales.
  • Professional presentation and aptitude for delivering brand-appropriate client experiences.
  • Numerical accuracy for cash handling and transaction processing; able to stand for extended periods.

Experience
