Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and KPIs through daily coaching, salesfloor leadership and focused clienteling.
- Lead, motivate and develop the sales team; conduct coaching conversations, performance feedback and on‑the‑job training.
- Deliver an elevated, consistent customer experience aligned with brand standards and local market expectations.
- Execute visual merchandising standards, ensure presentation excellence and implement seasonal floor moves.
- Oversee store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, POS reconciliation and schedule management.
- Manage inventory controls and loss prevention activities; conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Contribute to recruiting, onboarding and local marketing initiatives to grow the client base and drive frequency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of supervisory or assistant management experience in retail, preferably within luxury fashion or accessories.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong leadership and people-development skills with experience coaching diverse teams.
- Excellent verbal communication and clienteling abilities; polished, service-oriented manner.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and seasonal peaks; ability to work retail hours.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (for New York location).

Experience
At least 2 years of frontline retail supervisory experience, ideally within luxury fashion or premium lifestyle brands, with demonstrable results in sales growth, team development and store operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, fashion or a related discipline preferred.
