Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver attentive, brand-aligned client service that converts interactions into sales and cultivates loyalty.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems to process sales, returns and exchanges with accuracy and adherence to cash-handling procedures.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards: execute floor moves, replenish stock, and ensure product presentation complies with brand guidelines.
  • Support clienteling activities including outreach, gift-wrapping, and personalized styling assistance as required.
  • Assist with inventory tasks such as receiving shipments, stockroom organization and participation in cycle counts.
  • Contribute to store housekeeping, loss-prevention practices and compliance with health & safety policies.
  • Provide flexible cover for peak trading periods, events, and pop-up activations, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated customer-service orientation with a professional, brand-appropriate manner.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and peak holiday periods.
  • Ability to operate POS systems and perform accurate cash handling.
  • Comfort lifting and moving merchandise (typically up to 25 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States (if applying for the New York role).
  • Previous experience in luxury, contemporary fashion, or high-volume retail is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience
