Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, client-focused service that reflects Kate Spade’s luxury positioning and brand voice.
  • Drive store sales through proactive clientelling, upselling and follow-up with prospective customers.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring product displays, fittings and signage align with brand guidelines.
  • Receive, unpack and organise inventory; assist with stock counts and replenishment on the sales floor.
  • Support store events, promotional activities and pop-up activations as required.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention, cash-handling and security procedures at all times.
  • Contribute to a clean, welcoming retail environment and support colleagues as part of a collaborative store team.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail experience; luxury or boutique background preferred for temporary assignments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends and holiday trading periods.
  • Basic numeracy for cash handling and transaction reconciliation.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, assist with merchandising and lift moderate weights.
  • Legal authorization to work in the role’s country of employment.

Experience
