Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service through proactive clienteling, relationship building and follow-up to retain and grow key clientele.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by driving conversion, average transaction value and repeat visitation.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and floor presentation to reflect seasonal campaigns and brand identity.
