Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver elevated, personalized client service and styling advice to build loyalty and maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Drive sales through active clienteling, merchandising, and conversion of walk-in traffic and appointments.
  • Maintain brand-compliant visual merchandising and floor standards, including window and in-store displays.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions, returns and gift services while adhering to cash-handling procedures.
  • Support inventory management: receive and process stock, perform cycle counts and assist with replenishment.
  • Participate in store events, trunk shows and private appointments to promote new collections and drive traffic.
  • Uphold loss-prevention protocols and ensure a safe, welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year retail sales experience; luxury or fashion retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver measurable conversion improvements.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; confident in consultative selling.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States and able to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Experience
