Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and exchanges accurately while maintaining cash-handling protocols.
  • Execute daily visual merchandising standards and maintain immaculate product presentation on the shop floor.
  • Support inventory processes including receiving, replenishment, stock counts and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Participate in store events, clienteling activities and local marketing initiatives to grow the customer base.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment and cover flexible shifts including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a retail environment.
  • Flexible availability to work part-time hours, including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods.
  • Comfort with transactional responsibilities and basic numeracy for cash handling and sales reporting.
  • Professional presentation and a clear affinity for fashion and lifestyle merchandising.

Experience
