Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Sr. Manager, Demand Capture in designing and executing paid social initiatives to enhance ROAS, drive growth, and acquire new customers.
  • Monitor and quality control paid social campaigns on Meta, including daily QA, budget oversight, and creative optimization recommendations.
  • Manage the trafficking of creative assets, ensuring all promotional materials are executed accurately and timely.
  • Provide detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports and insights.
  • Assist with financial processes, including accruals and invoicing, ensuring budget alignment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-3 years of experience in paid social marketing, preferably with a recognized retail or fashion brand or agency
  • Proficiency in industry-standard reporting and tools such as Meta and Google Analytics
  • Experience with Marpipe is advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights

Experience

2-3 years of specialized experience in paid social marketing, ideally within the retail or fashion sector.
