Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement business initiatives that drive customer retention and acquisition.
- Communicate and achieve store productivity targets, including sales per hour, average dollar transaction, units per transaction, and capture rate.
- Ensure all associates complete sales training and develop comprehensive product knowledge.
- Model and supervise the selling environment, providing consistent coaching to ensure top-tier customer service and sales.
- Achieve personal sales goals and educate the team on sales plans and store statistics.
- Foster a team environment by creating a fun, competitive, and inviting atmosphere.
- Communicate the Kate Spade brand aesthetic and philosophy to the sales team and customers.
- Ensure brand and operational standards are met to maintain brand consistency.
- Oversee store opening and closing procedures, including cash management and securing the facility.
- Process all POS transactions and inventory functions accurately, maintaining inventory integrity.
- Adhere to Kate Spade's loss prevention policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
- Prior experience in luxury goods preferred.
- College degree preferred.
