Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, client-focused service consistent with the Kate Spade brand to build long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through active selling, upselling and product storytelling.
  • Execute clienteling activities including follow-up, appointment bookings and maintaining client records to grow lifetime value.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately and handle cash responsibly.
  • Support visual merchandising standards, store presentation and seasonal floor moves to maximize product appeal.
  • Receive, organize and maintain stock; assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
  • Adhere to loss prevention, cash handling and compliance procedures while maintaining a safe and welcoming store environment.
  • Collaborate with store leadership on events, trunk shows and promotional activities to elevate in-store experiences.

Qualifications

  • Professional presentation and polished interpersonal communication appropriate for luxury retail.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and manage client expectations.
  • Demonstrated numeracy and accuracy in handling transactions and cash reconciliation.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, perform light lifting and maintain stamina during busy shifts.

Experience
