Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to drive conversion, average transaction value and client retention.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-up and appointment management.
  • Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales KPIs, including conversion, units per transaction and average sale.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process payments, returns and exchanges, and perform cash handling duties.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards to brand guidelines, including product folding, signage and window displays.
  • Receive, unpack and conduct inventory counts; assist with stockroom organisation and stock replenishment.
  • Support loss-prevention procedures and maintain stock integrity.
  • Assist with store opening/closing procedures and mentor or train junior team members when required.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury or premium retail sales with demonstrable sales results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Strong numeracy and cash-handling accuracy.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and holidays.
  • Professional presentation and thorough product knowledge of handbags and accessories.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks related to merchandising and stock handling.

Experience
