Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service to build lasting relationships and exceed sales targets through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Execute visual merchandising and floor standards to ensure product presentation reflects brand positioning and seasonal directives.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and handle cash and card payments in accordance with company policy.
  • Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Coach and inspire clients on product features, styling and brand heritage to drive conversion and average transaction value.
  • Support store operations including opening/closing procedures, upkeep of the sales floor, and participation in promotional events and store initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably within premium or contemporary fashion (typically 2+ years).
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric orientation.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.

Experience
