Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and floor standards consistent with Kate Spade brand guidelines.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, handle cash and complete transactions in accordance with store cash handling procedures.
  • Support inventory management activities including receiving, stock replenishment, stock counts and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Contribute to in-store events, product launches and seasonal campaigns; represent the brand with professional presentation at all times.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury or premium retail sales, with verifiable sales performance.
  • Proven ability to build client relationships and manage a personal client book.
  • Strong numeracy and accuracy for cash handling and POS transactions.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • Professional grooming and a clear understanding of luxury brand standards.

Experience
