Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience through proactive clienteling, relationship building and effective follow-up to cultivate repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through upselling, cross-selling and consultative product recommendations.
  • Operate POS systems accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and maintain daily cash-handling and reconciliation procedures.
  • Maintain brand visual standards and merchandising directives, including window styling, floor sets and stock presentation.
  • Manage inventory processes: receive, tag, replenish floor stock and support cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
  • Contribute to loss-prevention efforts and adhere to security, shrinkage and safety protocols.
  • Support store operations including opening/closing tasks, store housekeeping and compliance with corporate policies.
  • Collaborate with store leadership to identify client opportunities and participate in in-store events and promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably 2+ years in luxury, premium or boutique environments.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting sales KPIs and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills aligned with luxury brand standards.
  • Flexible availability, including ability to work weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods.
  • Legal right to work in the hiring country.

Experience
