Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a consistently elevated, brand‑appropriate client experience that converts traffic into sales and drives repeat business.
  • Build and maintain a personal client book through proactive outreach, clienteling and follow‑up to maximise lifetime value.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and cross‑selling.
  • Execute visual merchandising and presentation standards, ensuring the selling floor reflects seasonal directives and brand aesthetics.
  • Operate the point‑of‑sale system, process transactions accurately and manage returns, exchanges and receipts in accordance with policy.
  • Support inventory control activities, including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and loss prevention procedures.
  • Participate in training, product launches and store meetings; act as a brand ambassador in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in luxury, premium or fashion retail, with demonstrable KPI achievement.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a sales‑oriented, service‑first mindset.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings and seasonal peaks.
  • Strong numeracy and cash‑handling integrity; reliable attention to detail.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States (or applicable hiring country).
