Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day boutique operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and compliance with company policies.
  • Coach, motivate and develop sales associates to achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
  • Deliver best-in-class clienteling, ensuring proactive outreach, personalised service and long-term relationship building.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and seasonal floor sets to maximise sell-through and uphold brand identity.
  • Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving processes and periodic reconciliation to minimise shrink.
  • Prepare and submit sales and operational reports; analyse performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage across peak trading periods, including weekends and holidays.
  • Support loss-prevention initiatives and maintain a safe, compliant retail environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in retail, ideally within luxury fashion or lifestyle brands.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop a team to meet sales and service objectives.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs, sales reporting and basic P&L awareness.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident in client-facing and staff-coaching situations.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings and seasonal peaks.

Experience
