Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day boutique operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and compliance with company policies.

- Prepare and submit sales and operational reports; analyse performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage across peak trading periods, including weekends and holidays.
- Support loss-prevention initiatives and maintain a safe, compliant retail environment.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in retail, ideally within luxury fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop a team to meet sales and service objectives.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs, sales reporting and basic P&L awareness.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident in client-facing and staff-coaching situations.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings and seasonal peaks.

Education
