Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, highly personalized client experience to build lasting relationships and maximise lifetime value.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive prospecting, clienteling and expert product presentation.
  • Manage client files, follow up on leads, execute CRM-driven outreach and maintain accurate sales notes.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain on-floor presentation consistent with brand directives.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, process transactions, perform cash handling and ensure daily reconciliation.
  • Support inventory control procedures including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and loss-prevention practices.
  • Collaborate with the management team on promotional events, product launches and store-level initiatives.
  • Mentor and coach less experienced associates when required, contributing to a high-performing retail team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience in luxury, premium or designer retail environments.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and delivering high-value client service.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with strong consultative selling ability.
  • Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States (if applying for the New York role).

Experience
