Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, boutique-level client service through proactive engagement, personalised styling and follow-up to cultivate loyalty and repeat business.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective upselling, cross-selling and educated product recommendations.
- Maintain outstanding product knowledge and communicate brand heritage, craftsmanship and seasonal narratives to customers.
- Execute point-of-sale transactions, process returns and exchanges, and manage accurate cash handling and sales reconciliation.
- Support visual merchandising standards including storefront presentation, fixture maintenance and on-floor styling to uphold brand aesthetics.
- Participate in inventory control activities: receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and loss-prevention procedures.
- Use CRM and clienteling practices to build and maintain customer records, coordinate private appointments and manage follow-up communications.
- Collaborate with store leadership on promotions, event execution and daily operational tasks to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience in premium or lifestyle brands; track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Professional presentation and polished interpersonal skills appropriate for a luxury retail environment.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
- Strong numeracy and administrative capability for accurate till operation and stock management.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced retail team and adapt to changing commercial priorities.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of hands-on retail experience with at least some exposure to premium, designer or lifestyle brands; demonstrable history of meeting sales objectives and delivering high-touch client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in retail, fashion, business or related field preferred but not required.
