The Keyholder supports sales and delivers exemplary client service while developing product knowledge and a personal clientele. The role also executes store operations, POS transactions, and visual standards, with added keyholder responsibility; the full-time equivalent annual base pay range is €32,000–€36,000.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales goals.
- Develop strong product knowledge across all categories.
- Deliver exemplary customer service and the ultimate Kate Spade experience.
- Develop a personal clientele through effective selling skills, proactive client outreach, and use of the client book.
- Communicate the Kate Spade aesthetic, brand philosophy, and lifestyle to customers.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Execute operational tasks in accordance with company directives.
- Process all point-of-sale transactions accurately.
- Follow visual directives and ensure store standards are maintained daily.
- Take on heightened responsibility as the store keyholder.
Qualifications
